  7. Pacifica products are also available at Target. A few weeks ago I got the Indian Coconut body butter there. I agree, it smells amazing. To me it smells like summer vacation at the beach.

  8. Hi Caroline, I recently found the Shea Butter range in Paks. They do have some of the body washes there too, around the £9 mark.

  9. Brilliant video Caroline! Ignore the trolls, you haven't steered me wrong yet on products I have tried. Just wish some products weren't so expensive in Australia

  10. This was amazing. Always save them up and do so many at a time.

  11. Dear Caroline, I am so glad that I found your blog over a year ago. You have completely changed my outlook on skincare products. I have recently watched a video you did with Ruth and you mentioned something about it being ok to use salicylic acid when pregnant. Since my teenage years I've had problems with enlarged clogged pores all over my face and acne. Acne is gone at the moment, but I am left with a lot of scarring. I've been using retinol, glycolic acid and salicylic acid on rotation for a past 6-8 months and I've found that they really helped me... So my question is: I am 6 weeks pregnant at the moment. What acids can I use?
    Thank you :)

  12. I too love the Soap & Glory body products! You say that the most money you should spend on your skincare is serums, however nearly all serums make me break out as I have sensitive skin, they usually have silicones in. Please would you do a post on serums and include some for sensitive skin? Thanks xx

  13. I've just treated myself to Caudalie Vinotherapie Nourishing Body Lotion - Limited Edition 400ml from Of course I had to buy 2 to get me over the spend to get a little Caudalie gift with purchase :).

  14. I must be doing something wrong. It takes me just over a year to get through a 15ml container of eye cream/serum. Clearly I ought to be using more? Loved this video. So many lovely products to try.

  15. Hi caroline, you look amazing! Your skin is literally glowing. Question, do you think your diet has alot to do with how your skin looks? Or is it more the products you use and good genes!

    1. I'm slender, so I never bothered to overhaul my eating habits, which consist of...well...lots of unhealthy foods. One day I decided to run an experiment and swap out my sweets for orange/strawberry/banana smoothies (non-dairy!!) and up my intake of greens. Within 3 days my skin was glowing so much I needed sunglasses just to look in the mirror. Also remember that your skin is an organ, in fact the largest organ in the body. So the same elements that make a healthy heart--healthy food & exercise--also make healthy skin. Smoking and drinking, which damage your lungs and liver, also damage your skin. Nourish your organs!

  16. Hi Caroline,

I am a new follower and I already need to post to your #carolinehironsmademedoit hashtag! I've gone from using bar soap on my face in the shower to following your "routine" post on this site avidly. I am now one of your avid followers! (so is my credit card :() If you have a moment, I have a question below...

Have you used the "Josie Maran Pure Argan Milk™ Intensive Hydrating Treatment"? I used a tester of it this morning (from Sephora) and it felt great. However its $81 for 2oz and I was wondering about your thoughts on this if it was worth it or if there is something better for the price.

  17. Caroline you look absolutely fabulous, great video xx

  18. Hi Caroline, love your videos and you brilliant advice , regimes on skin care. I have followed you now for a couple of years now and have changed my skin care regime completely. Despite this, I have noticed that the sebaceous hyperplasia that I have is becoming worse, also my skin looks like orange peel. The mind bogles as to what my complexion looked like before. Please can you advise.

    Thank you. :)))).

  19. Your skin is amazing and I love your video. Thanks Mrs. Hirons!
My skin is still angry and horrible though. :(

  20. Caroline, could you do a five favourites under £10 or budget buys? X

  21. Hi Caroline,

Just saw this video and I live on the east coast by NYC, so I would be happy to mail your Jonathan Green Rootine to you if you tell me precisely where you got it from in New York so I'm not searching all over the city for it (plus in that case you may get to New York before I find it!). If you'd like me to, please let me know by messaging me privately if possible (for obvious reasons I'd prefer to not post my email publicly on the Internet). Hopefully we can get you some more!

    Norelle xx
