I fell really bad about not getting back to people who have left comments/questions all over the blog - I mean ALL OVER. I can't keep up.
SO:
I'm opening up this thread as a one-stop shop for all your YES or NO questions that haven't been answered recently. Please note: I am going to get back to you as and when I can - it may not be today - but it will be by Friday afternoon. I'll leave it open as long as I can - if I DON'T get to you - I'll do it again next week. Don't panic. I estimate I'll have to close comments at some point. Please don't hate me. I'm trying!
OK - YES or NO: GO. *pleads* please keep it short!! :)
CLINIC IS CLOSED! Oh my god is it closed!! LOL

ReplyDeleteYes or no: Kiehl's Ultra Facial Oil Free Cleanser for second cleanse? It sort of foams, but is creamy too, so I am not sure about it! I have oily, acne prone 30-year-old skin. :)

I'm confused - shea butter for acne = bad. Decleor ylang ylang balm you recommend for acne skin - it contains shea butter. Can shea butter be 'counteracted' by other decongesting ingredients or not?

ReplyDeleteOmega 3 ok to take while being on Roaccutane?
Hi,
ReplyDeleteI'm half Asian/half European and starting to get age spots despite wearing SPF everyday. The By Terry Cellularose Brightening Serum was recommended to me at Space NK - would you recommend I purchase it?
I'm 23, and have combination acne-prone sensitive skin.
ReplyDelete1. Decleor Aroma Cleanse CLeansing Gel, yes or no?
2. Alpha H Clear Skin Daily Face Wash, yes or no?
I already have the EM, and Ren ClearCalm but you said in your routine Cheat Sheet that you should have a least 3 :)
Thank you very much and congratulations on all your success! Greetings from Switzerland!
Hi Caroline, love your blog.5 yes/no's below for you.
ReplyDeleteSkin type, fair, mild rosacea, bit sensitive.
IPL for mild rosacea (just redness)?
Alpha-h liquid gold?
Clarins exfoliating toner?
This works skincare range?
Dark circles, not hereditary, came on suddenly, any treatment?
Hi Caroline
ReplyDeleteI have acne prone, sensitive skin which has scars from the acne. If it is not too cheeky I have 3 quick questions:-
1. Would P50w help with the redness and scarring?
2. Is the Emma Hardie balm the best cleanser for me to try?
3. Will you be doing any further face to face appointments in London like those in Fortnum & Mason's?
Thank you and your blog is ace!
Rach x
Painful, sometimes itchy red lumps on lower cheeks since coming off yasmin pill two years ago. Never come to a whitehead. Have been on your prescribed skincare regime & fish oil for 3 months. Rest of skin looks better, but lumps still come up from underneath. What is this?! Always lower cheek, both sides, worse on right.
ReplyDeleteis the ren anti-blemish clay cleanser a good option? i've been getting spots and breakouts around my chin and it's really hot humid weather atm. can't get EH
ReplyDeleteI think you are really lovely for opening a post like this. So question, do you think ünt sells affordable and nice skin products?
ReplyDelete1. Can't get a hold of p50, pixi glow tonic or serozinc is REN Clarifying Toning Lotion a good dupe? ( have combination skin + a little bit acne)
ReplyDelete2. Can combination skin use cleansing balm every night? (seems like every cleansing balm is for normal and dry skin)
3. I don't wear any makeup, should I still double cleanse in the evening?
Hello
ReplyDeleteI have some acne scare (still red) on my cheeks, but thankfully few new spots.
I'm currently double cleansing with Aurelia miracle cleanser and EH Amazing face. Followed by P50, Heal Gel, Hydraluron, Pepta Bright and Algenist moisturiser. Also taking lots of fish oil, EPO and probiotics.
Am I doing the right thing?
Thank you!
Kate
I'm suffering from (hormonal) acne mainly on my cheeks. My dermatologist advised me Dr Obagi Clenziderm cleanser for oily skin, this contains menthol. I read menthol is not good for the skin and my acne is definitely NOT improving.
ReplyDeleteWhat is your opinion, is menthol bad for my acne-prone skin?
Hi Caroline. I have dehydrated, congested oily skin with lots of under skin spots/lumps on my forehead and chin. Please can you tell me if I am using the correct products, in the correct way? (I have only just started using these products as a result of your lovely blog)
ReplyDeleteAm: avene gentle cleanser, serozinc, pepta bright, hydraluron, effaclar duo
Pm: EH cleansing balm, avene gentle cleanser, clarins exfoliating toner, serozinc, REN resurfacing AHA concentrate, hydraluron, effaclar duo.
Are these the right products for me? Am I using too much? Am I using them in the correct sequence?
Thank you so much xx
Una Brennan Rose Hydrate day cream - yes or no? Thanks! x
ReplyDeletePartically sensitive skin, EH and alpha gold ok? Thank you :)
ReplyDeleteHi Caroline. I'm looking for a daily cleanser that I can use day and night. My skin is dry/dehydrated and i'm pregnant. I'd like to use something other than Emma Hardie if possible.
ReplyDeleteI had spot prone skin for years and Dermalogica Medibac cleared it up but pregnancy has cleared it up. It's just a bit dry with a slightly oily t-zone but my skin has never been so good.
I have a feeling that the medibac range is bad because the facewash I use is foaming.
Thanks so much!
Laura
Just realised that's not a yes or no question but a cleanser recommendation would be good :)
The orange vitamin Lierac toner put in a spray bottle as hydrating toner?
ReplyDeleteWait for Pepta Bright to fully absorb before putting on next layer?
NOT a question, but I've been using the REN hydra calm cleansing milk and it's the most amazing creamy cleanser ever. Just saying :)
Thanks!!!
Hi, Caroline!
ReplyDeleteI'm 20 year old with combination skin, I've been getting lots of unstoppable breakouts on my forehead since a year ago. I used to have NO breakouts (even on my puberty years) so it's really stressing me out. It is getting a lot better recently since I stop using Retin-A 0,1% but lately, my left cheek starts to break out too :(
my current routines are:
cleansing my face with MAC Cleanse Off Oil (mineral oil free!) and Cetaphil Gentle Skin cleanser, moisturizing with Kiehl's Ultra Facial Lotion or Clinique Dramatically Different Gel, and once a week I use Origins Clear Improvement Clay mask and REN Glycol Lactic Mask.
I want to fix my routines after reading your routine cheat sheets. I'm going to purchase Origins Make A Different+, Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm, REN Clarifying Toner (for daily use), Glytone Exfoliating Lotion (for once a week) and REN ClearCalm Cleanser. My questions are:
1. What do you think of those products I'm going to purchase? Is it going to be great for my skin?
2. What do you think is the main cause of the unstoppable breakouts on my forehead?
3. What would you suggest to even out my skin and reduce the acne scars?
4. Is exfoliating lotion good to reduce acne scars?
Thank you so much! :)
1.Will ceramic slip cleanser turn skin alkaline? I saw it has a surficant in inci.

ReplyDelete1. Do you recommend Balance Me Cleanse & Smooth Cleansing Balm for combination skin?
ReplyDelete2. Perricone MD Nutritive Cleanser - worth the money?
3. Is the Trilogy Hydrating Mist Toner good as a hydrating toner?
Thank you!
la roche posay effaclar duo as a moisturiser, good?
ReplyDeleteI remember you raving about Dr Perricone Nutritive Cleanser in the past? It foams- so is it still a yay? xL
ReplyDeleteThank you Caroline.

ReplyDelete2. Best make up removing oil, NUDE one? Yes/No?

Hi Caroline I'm so stuck! Very sensitive skin especially to fragrance tried EH balm got painful lumps, presently use Cetaphil and Alpha H balancing cleanser. Desperate for a serum and moisturiser my skin is so dehydrated and clogged easily! I have Alpha H liq gold, but is it too harsh for my sensitive skin?
ReplyDeleteYES or NO to Rohto Hadalabo Gokujyn Hyaluronic Acid Lotion for early 30s, dry, acne-prone skin living in Super Humidity? I use it after P50V and before moisturizer. I can't really tell if it is doing anything beneficial (which might be my answer right there). I've copied the ingredients below.
ReplyDeleteWater, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Disodium Succinate, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Hydroxyethycellulose, Methylparaben, PPG-10 Methyl Glucose Ether, Sodium Acetylated Hyaluronate, Sodium Hyaluronate, Succinic Acid
If NO, is there something else you can recommend. My skin is so DRY, but sensitive and very acne-prone, so I am hesitant to "poke the bear" so to speak.
Would you recommend using lavender oil over tea tree oil as a spot treatment? (I'm 20, Chinese Asian, Born and raised in Europe... if that makes a difference). x
ReplyDeleteHi caroline first just love u and appriciate all your advice...2nd you stated on twitter no shea butter for acne skin, but on your blog most products contain shea.. e.g Organic surge overnight sensation night cream, pai chamomile and roship sensitive cream, avene, aderma, emma hardie moisturiser they all contain shea. Im having trouble finding a serum/moisturiser for acne skin. Plz help.. Many thanks

ReplyDeleteHello! (combination skin with visable sebaceous filaments and occasional spot)
ReplyDelete1. Is Lush Ultrabland ok as a (balm) cleanser (to take off my sunscreen and daily accumulated grime of living/ for 1st cleanse)?

2. Is Lush Ultrabalm ok as a (balm) cleanser (to take off my sunscreen and daily accumulated grime of living/ for 1st cleanse)?

In my 30s with PCOS, hence acne and scarring. Thing that bothers me most though is extreme oiliness (I can cover spots but makeup gets eaten by the oil!). Can I do anything else to reduce oil?
ReplyDeleteI'm using (not all at once!):
EH cleansing balm/Alpha H balancing cleanser/Alpha K Clear Skin cleanser.
Liquic gold, Alpha H rejuvanating night serum
Clarins exfoliating toner, Alpha H face mist, LRP effaclar duo, hydraluron, Origins oil free moisturiser. Various SPFs, all of which I hate.
Mac Studio Fix Powder Foundation.
Fish Oil, probiotics.
Thanks so much.

ReplyDeleteHi Caroline
ReplyDeletePaula's choice any good for cystic bacne, worth the price? How does it compare to Murad? I can't have antibiotics. I have ridiculously sensitive skin and I'm trying to stay away from as many rubbish chemicals as possible. I also get acne on my face, mainly on chin around my nose but this isn't as bad and easily covered with make-up.
Any advice greatly appreciated :-)

Hi Caroline!
ReplyDeleteI suffered from some pretty horrific horrific cystic acne a couple of years ago that was cleared up with 6 months of Accutane. I've since been left with purple-red hyperpigmentation marks on my cheeks.
I do know that time is the only (true!) healer for hyperpigmentation issues, but would really like to hurry it along a little! What products would you recommend?
So sorry this is not a yes/no question, but any advice would be massively appreciated!!
Love Elle x
I've got combination/oily skin and live in a tropical country, I'm also acne prone and have whiteheads.

ReplyDeleteArgan oil???
Using as a night time moisturizer several times a week.
Thanks!
Some areas of my face (aminly around my chin and lower cheek) appears to be generating to much sebum (I think thats the right term) which leaves with my small spots that sometimes develop into larger spots.
ReplyDeleteIs there anything that could treat this?
Current routine: AM + Cetaphil, Glow Tonic, Balance Me Skin Bright Hydrating Mist, Hydraluron, REN Hyra-Calm Moisturiser
PM = EH, Cetaphil, Glow Tonic, Balance Me Skin Bright Hydrating Mist, Hydraluron, REN Hyra-Calm Moisturiser.
Once a week (started 2 weeks ago) I used the Balance Me Radiance Face Mask.

Perscription Retin-A nightly and acidic toner daily? yes or no?
ReplyDeleteOr alternate nights of retin-a and toner...maybe Liquid Gold?
I'm 20 with clog prone skin, I used to get gigantic cystic acne all over my jaw line and chin, but the Retin-A has stopped that. Now I just get clogged pores and the occasional pimple. I've been using Retin-A for a year and have sensitive skin, it took me 9 months to get adjusted to Retin-A 0.1%. If I add more exfoliants will my skin go nuts?
My skin is combination with flakiness around my clearing spots, oily in the t-zone, and normal everywhere else.
Would something else work better for clogged pores? they are mainly in my t-zone.
I found this cream at Walgreens (otherwise known as Duane Reade now) Its an Alpha Hydroxy one. The ingredients are as follows:
ReplyDeleteWater , Propylene Glycol , Glycolic Acid , Isopropyl Palmitate , Stearic Acid , Glyceryl Stearate , PEG-100 STEARATE , Ammonium Hydroxide , Cetyl Alcohol , Dimethicone , Isostearic Acid , Magnesium Aluminum Silicate , Hydroxyethylcellulose , PEG 40 Stearate , Sorbitan Stearate , BHT , Imidazolidinyl Urea , Sorbic Acid
Do you think it sounds good? It has been working for me. My other question is, does it count a sort of toner or is it a serum?
Will there be a cheat sheet on body care (shower gels, exfoliants, moisturisers, ..) as well?
ReplyDeleteElemis Fruit Active Rejuvinating Mask for oily/ occasionally combination skin, yes or no?

Hi Caroline,
ReplyDeleteI have sensitive redness prone skin. Currently using
Am- Avene cleanser/LRP Miscellar water, Eucerin hydraluron eye filler wotsit, Olay serum, REN global protection day cream.
Pm - cleanser pai cleanser/ botanics balm, eyecream as above, Ren omega serum, frankincense night cream
I want to add something more anti ageing (37 this year). I was thinking of REN Bio retinoid concentrate. Would I just alternate the omega serum and the concentrate?
Many thanks
Sarah
I forgot to also say that I read that if you dilute some tea tree oil with water and put it in a sprayer, it can act as a disinfecting toner. A sort of good replacement for non serozinc get-aholders? Yay or Nay
ReplyDeleteAnd does the Avene spray count as a water spray or is actually an ok spray. Sorry for all the questions! Puerto Rico is land of the drug pusher thus I'm glad someone can give me a semi unbiased opinion. You're great and your kids are beautiful!
I love your blog! I started to change my skincare routine since I read it. My skin already improved since I started to use a couple of your advices. Thank you! :)
ReplyDeleteMy skin is flaky dry and I now use Hydraluron.

Hi Caroline,
ReplyDeleteI'm 21 years old with combination/oily skin, a little prone to spots.
1) Would the Aurelia miracle cleanser be a good choice or should I wait for the Emma Hardie to come back in stock?
2) I have Liquid Gold but it broke me out (I kept using it for 1 month without improvement), I read somewhere that it doesn't work well with foaming cleansers, is it true and should I give it a another go when I'll have a cleansing balm?
Thank you!
I have a very oily T-Zone thanks to extremely congested pores on my nose (you could see them from 5 ft away) the rest of my skin is normal with a few small spots under the skin. Looking to get P50! Should I use the P50 original? or V or W?
ReplyDeleteP50 suitable for sensitive skin? Yay or nay?

Hi Caroline,
ReplyDeleteI have normal / combination skin (31 years old) and am on a budget so wanted to get just one exfoliating acid product in place of the dreaded apricot kernals to give myself a deep clean. So my question is either Alpha H once a week or Pixi Glow Tonic daily?
Yay for Alpha H over Pixi Glow?
Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

I am 20 with clog prone skin. I used to get cystic acne all over my jaw, cheeks and chin, but luckily Retin-A saved that. I've been using it about 4-5x/week for a year. (My skin is sensitive and reactive--it took me 9 months to adjust to retin-a.)
ReplyDeleteI get clogged pores in my t-zone, what would you recommend?
My t-zone can get flaky, but is still slightly oily. I have combination skin, perhaps dehydrated.
I was thinking about getting Liquid Gold since I can use it on alternate nights.
I'm leery of using an acidic toner because my skin drys out quickly if I use too much AHA's with Retin-A. (I do not use aha and retin-a at the same time)
THANK YOU!!
Can products like liquid gold or liquid gold serum 'bleach' the skin? Thanks!

ReplyDeleteHi caroline
ReplyDeleteI have combination skin. Have a problem with black and white heads on my nose and chin.
My skin care routine is:
AM - REN clarifying clay cleanser (use flannel and warm water to remove)
Clarins exfoliating toner or avene toning fluid
Caudalie beauty elixir
Hydraluron
Antipodes vanilla pod moisturiser
PM
Emma hardie cleansing balm and 2nd cleanse with avene cream cleanser
P50 toning lotion
Caudalie beauty elixir
Either el advance night repair or clarins lotus oil
Hydraluron
Clarins night cream
I also do a clay mask (dr jart, origins or ren) Once or twice a week. And also origins overnight moisture mask once.
Is there anything else I should be doing to help with these black and white heads. I dont often get spots and my skin not sensitive. Is my routine ok? Any recommendations? Thanks x
Hi Caroline,
ReplyDeleteIs Clinique take the day off cleansing balm suitable for acne prone skin?
Thanks for this Caroline. So helpful!
ReplyDeleteVery fair, sun sensitive skin. Institut Esthederm sunscreen for sun intolerant skin, doesn't work to specific SPF but claims to block UVA/UBB and strengthen skin against the sun. Is this even possible?!
KS Goat Cream - OK for sensitive combo skin? Sensitive to Glyco Acid.
Sisley masks - Yes or no?
Thanks Again!

Hi Caroline,
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry you've been bombarded with questions!
REN moisturisers - a lot of them have shea butter (Butyrospermum Parkii) in the ingredients - does that mean they're bad for acne skin?
You're the best!

Premae Harmony moisturising creme balm for combination skin. Yey or nay? I like it but always love a second opinion.
ReplyDeleteHi Caroline, I have the following questions:
ReplyDelete1. I have rosacea, sensitive, reactive skin and do not get on well with essential oils (e.g. Emma h balm, darphin, decleor etc all break me out badly). Ay recommendations for product ranges (I am fair, 28 and have combo to dry skin).
2. Is vitamin c good for rosacea skin?
3. Facials once a month? What is the best place for a facial in london?
4. Can sun damage be reversed? I have brown spots on my back - what are the best products?
5. Fine lines on forehead - what products will work to reduce them or is it just Botox?
6. Botox, yay or nay?
7. Intense pulse light for roscea - any thoughts if you know of someone who has had it?
8. You seem abe to swap your skin products all the time and use a lot of different stuff. If my routine is not simple or if I change products my skin reacts and becomes very sore, have I damaged my skin or is this just my skin type? If I have damaged it, what should I do?
Xx

4) Would getting a facial get rid of milia under eyes and on top of cheekbones?
Thanks so much for your help!

Hello Caroline,
ReplyDeleteI'm hesitant about using an exfoliating toner twice a day. Wouldn't the skin become too thin/sensitive after a while?
Thanks.
PS : Went to London, Hydraluron + EM out of stock everywhere!!
ok short answer would be fab. 40 yr old - bravura london hyaluronic acid serum yes or no (is it same as hydralon or could I use both) omorovzica intensive hydra lifting cream for a daytime moisturiser or oskia nutriactive day cream under the serum i mentioned or would it be too rich? - looking fro a good anti aging routine. Thank you :)
ReplyDeleteLOVE, LoVe, love your blog/advice/humour!
ReplyDeleteI know it's a bit greedy, but I have three burning questions:
1. The boots botanics cleansing balm yes or no?
2. Do I need to wait for each product to sink in (serum, hydraluron, etc.) before adding the next one?
3. Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentre as a daily moisturizer for my dry/dehydrated skin?
Thank you BIG time!

Thank you so much!
Oooh Caroline, THANK YOU so much for doing this! Right okay so from reading your blog from start to finish I realise I need to overhaul my skin care!
ReplyDelete* Skin type: VERY fair skin, freckles (typical dark redhead complexion!)Rosecea. Combination (oily t zone) and CRAZY messed up hormones so occasional breakouts and a bit sensitive.
* Currently using: LUSH and Botanics and No.7 SPF 50 moisturiser (tad heavy!!)
* Lifestyle: Eat VERY well, don't drink, don't smoke, allergic to dairy, never sunbathe, so I'm fairly saintly in that area ;). In my early 20s.

If a clay mask gives me breakouts after using it, am I 'purging' and will my skin eventually look better? I get breakouts from Clarins and Sisley pink clay masks and am scared of using one again.
ReplyDeleteI have acne-prone dry/combination skin and always follow the clay mask with a hydrating mask, which on its own doesn't break me out.
Thank you so much!
Pai Rosehip Oil a good addition to a "EmmaH-exfoliating toner-hydrating toner-Hydraluron-Caudalie moisturiser" evening routine? *sensitive combo skin* THANK YOU! XXX
ReplyDeleteI am 20 years old and am on a treatment of Claravis (Vitamin A). My acne was moderate, but the treatment has spurred some major breakouts, from which I am already seeing small scars. Should I get on to treating those scars while they're fresh, or should I wait till after I complete my Claravis treatment? Thank you so much.

ReplyDeleteMy question: is the Korres 3in1 cleansing emulsion a good way to clean your face (first-step cleanse for me is Bioderma I know you don't like it too much)? You use it pretty much like a balm I'd say.
Cheers!
PS, optional non-Yes/No question: what is a great serum to get rid of acne scars (under £30...)

I am currently taking Claravis (Vitamin A). My acne was moderate, but the drug has spurred some major breakouts, from which I am already seeing scars. Should I get on to treating those scars while they're fresh, or wait until I complete my treatment? Thank you so much.
ReplyDeleteSorry forgot one question. Since reading your blog I started to change my skincare with every product that I finished.
ReplyDeleteNow I use
AM: RenClear Clam, Calrins Iris Toner, Caudalie Vinosource SOS, Kate Somerville Oil Free or Goat
PM: Emma Hardie with flannel to take off Makeup, Ren ClearCalmCleanser,Calrins Exfoliating Toner, LRP Serozinc, Decleor Yling Ylang Night Baume or Oil
twice a week LG and a clay mask
Before I started I had lots of Blackheads and Whiteheads, and now they seem to go away, but is it possible that the blackheads get to the surface and I get a acne spot but once they're out they're gone? I don't know if that's the normal progress, or if I just don't react good to one of the products...
So my yes or no question. is it true that it gets worse before it gets better?
Hi Caroline,
ReplyDeleteI'm 24 years old with normal skin, would you recommend the Nude Skincare ProGenius treatment oil? Also could you recommend a night time moisturiser.
Thanks in advance love your blog. xXx

oil cleansing method, yes or no?
ReplyDeleteHi Caroline, glad I finally get to write to you. I'm 17 with dry but blemish prone skin and I follow a Hirons approved regime (balm, clarins toners and hydraluron and fish oil). Is it too much to expect clear skin?-my diet is varied- have cut out most dairy, eat fruit and veg but I often get annoyed that there are some (like my sis) who have clear and eat what they want. I know it's yes or no- anything you can recommend for whiteheads?
ReplyDeleteP.S. I have dark (black) and have been loving the clarins exfol. toner (thank you!) is it silly of me to go out without any sun protection on?
Thanks,
Hannah
Oh Caroline you are brave opening this thread.
ReplyDelete1st yes/ no question: I have started getting cystic spots along my jawline and chin. Is it just hormones? I have a great diet and have followed your blog for eons so am doing everything right in terms of routine. These spots seem to be a new addition.
2nd question: I rarely get whiteheads and rarely black heads but sometimes, in addition to the cystics, I get these little spots that are squeezable but with white in them, not puss though more like a little white worm. Is this just a blocked pore with oil in?
Thank you!
Does any topical help hereditary dark circles? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI know I shouldn't be asking long questions about skin care routine as you asked not to but I've been from one bad cream to another and I don't live in the uk so I can't come to a consultation..I have combination skin that gets oily during the day and blackheads (when I remove my make up I hardly find any there!) ..occasionally I have the odd dry-day-flaky skin and it's quite sensitive...what can I do?
ReplyDeleteThank you for any answer you will give me ;)

THANK YOU SO MUCH, YOU ARE MY ROLE MODEL
What would be the tell tale sign on skin for over exfoliation. For example using a glycolic cleanser (15%)twice a wee the pixi glow or bruvara 5% glycolic toner (always followed with a hydrating one)once a day and a moisturiser like the aplha h rejuvinating night cream. Does that sound like too much & what should I look out for? thanks
ReplyDeleteCane and austin retexturising glycolic pads - yes or no. And could this be used instead of my exfoliating toner daily (like the pixi) yes or no. :)

Hey Caroline,
ReplyDeleteThis is an amazing thing to be doing, thank you so much.
I have extremely sore, dry eyes, despite using serums/eyecreams/moisturizer/no glycolic acid or exfoliation. Have tried so many things and it is getting ridiculous. I have eczema/acne prone skin which is extremely sensitive and a quite limited budget. Any ideas?
Also, I have spots all over my legs, have had for over a year, which will not go away for love nor money. Extremely sensitive, and painful, and ugggly. Have tried steroid creams and antibiotic creams, but to no avail. Any tips/miracle creams I should try?
Thank you :)
