Appointments Update

Hi Everyone.

I just wanted to give a quick update as to appointment availability etc.

In short, our office building has been sold (how RUDE) so we are being booted out moving out at the end of May. I am going to concentrate on clients (brands), You Tube and this lovely little blog for the Summer and regroup come September.

I will still be doing store appearances etc - more info on that on this page - which I will keep updated.

In the meantime, I will still do my best to answer brief queries via twitter/comments on the blog and you tube - and if you do see me out and about, do grab me (not literally, that would be weird) and I'll help if I can.

Instore appearance - Space NK

As part of Space NK's Spring Series I will be doing a day of appointments in their Hans Crescent store on Friday 28th March.

Appointments are on a first come first served basis and available now by calling 0208 740 2085.

Once again - I have no control over the booking system.

Liberty 'What's your Issue?' week - I'm back.

I can't believe it's been a year since the first 'What's your Issue?' week at Liberty! I'm back this year for more.

On Wednesday 12th March I am doing a full day of one-to-one appointments like last year. The appointments last for 30 minutes and are a modified version of the actual skin consultations that I hold for private clients. They are priced £75.00 but that is fully redeemable against purchases made on the day. My private skin consultations are currently sold out and wait list only.

On Monday 17th March I'm holding an evening workshop entitled 'The Perfect Cleanse'. Essentially me ranting on about how to wash your face, why, when, what with and some hands-on demo'ing. *cracks knuckles*
All workshops are £10 - again redeemable against purchase. It's a no-brainer frankly. Let's have some fun.

Skin Consultation Appointments - NOW CLOSED

If you click over to the Appointments and Appearances page you'll see new dates added for September and the beginning of October.

Some FAQ's!

• All appointments will be held in Notting Hill in W11. Further details will be given upon confirmation.
• Appointments are £65.00 for approx 1 hour. This includes a follow-up email.
• Appointment times are available at 10.30, 12.30, 2.30, 4.30 and 6.30pm. (there will be some exceptions to those times)
• Appointments may be available outside of those times on those days - please email for further info.
• Please allow 72 hours for us to come back to you.
• All appointments will be given on a first-come first-served basis.
• Waiting lists will be held for each particular day, offered in order of application.
• If you want a one-off appointment outside of these dates please email for further details - these appointments will be priced at £75.00.

If you have any further Q's please leave them in the comments and I will add them to the post as I receive them - that way I am only answering once and saving us all time.

Fortnum & Mason - FULLY BOOKED

Thank you to everyone who emailed regarding the appointments at Fortnum & Mason. The day is now fully booked with a substantial waiting list. I will be emailing everyone who wanted an appointment today to apologise.

'What's your issue?' Beauty & Skincare week at Liberty

As part of Liberty's Beauty and Skincare week 'What's your issue?' I will be hosting two workshops and giving (finally) one to one skin consultations on 12th and 13th March respectively.

Rest assured this is not a 'normal' beauty/skincare event - I have been promised there are to be no arm & hand massages in sight! Sidebar: I've never understood the arm & hand massage phenomenon. Fix my face please - leave my hands alone. I digress.

For an entire week there will be yoga classes, nutrition workshops, massages from Ren, opportunities to meet Dr Sebagh and Susan Harmsworth from Espa and yours truly. 

I will be holding two workshops on the Tuesday - one to talk about anti-ageing and one to get a grip on problem skin aka: acne.

Wednesday sees me taking over the Queen Mary room for individual skin consultations - I'm staying all day (10am - 8pm) to try and see as many people as possible.

Bookings are being taken on a first-come first-serve basis and I have no control over the system. 

Workshops are £35.00 redeemable against purchase and there are 30 places available.

Skin Consultations are £75.00 for 45 minutes, are fully redeemable against purchases made on the day and there are 10 appointments available.
